Description
Metal Processes is an introductory course in metalworking technology.  The course includes the following areas of instruction:  safety; drawing and planning; metalworking tools and machines; and the processes which accompany these tools and machines.  The students may be required to complete a series of projects in the following areas of study:  sheet metal, foundry, forging, heat treating, bench metal or welding.

Note: This curriculum was written prior to the 2014-2015 school year. It is scheduled to be rewritten following the Rockwood Curriculum Schedule.
